Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or one that differs from your order, please notify us within 3 days for an exchange or refund.
- Non-Refundable Based on Personal Preference: Refunds are not offered due to personal preferences, such as sizing issue or disliking the fabric. We strive to provide clear descriptions and high-quality materials to help you make informed choices.
Sizing Issues:
- No Returns for Sizing Issues: We do not accept returns for sizing issues. However, you may request an exchange for a different size if available or select another item from our website.
- Exchange Requests: Must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will not be processed after this period.
Condition for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please consult our size chart before placing an order.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Procedure:
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, shipping costs will be deducted.
- Customers must first send the item they wish to exchange to our warehouse.
- After receiving the item, it will go through a detailed quality check (QC).
- Once the QC is approved, we will dispatch the replacement piece.
- Please use a courier service of your choice to send back items. You bear the delivery costs for both sending and returning. BLACKENWHITE is not responsible for items lost during transit.
- If the package we receive from your end is not properly packed or has been sent carelessly, we will not accept your exchange, and the parcel will be dispatched back to you in the same condition.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect it and process your exchange within 24-48 hours.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and sale items cannot be returned, except if they are defective. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash account. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
